Richard Martel is the federal member of parliament for Chicoutimi-Le Fjord since 2018. Mr Martel was a renowned hockey coach around the world for over 20 years, making history as one of the best coaches of all time in the QMJHL. Since being elected as an MP, he has served as shadow minister for defence, as the Conservative Party Quebec lieutenant and is currently the shadow minister for sport. 

Mr. Martel is working with NTECH to revitalize his Instagram presence and ensure that constituents of all ages have clear and accessible insight into his work in the House of Commons. The collaboration also places a strong emphasis on advocating for sports in Quebec, a sector that plays an important role in the province’s identity and development.
